How PrecisionMD Works
We bridge raw medical data and clinical guidelines through an intelligent multi-stage pipeline.
1. Multi-Doc Ingestion
Upload one or many FHIR R4/R5 bundles. We parse complex resources and remove exact duplicates so you only pay for unique data.
2. Identity Resolution
We determine whether documents belong to the same patient — merging only on strong identifiers, never on demographic guesswork.
3. RAG-Grounded Audit
The reconciled timeline is cross-referenced against payer guidelines and CMS criteria stored in our vector database.
4. Specialist Rationale
You receive a necessity score, citations, medication review, and documentation gaps — or an explicit abstention when evidence is thin.
